Once the translation completed when we will to get a translation fee, but the payment methods vary depending on the companies.

There have two main payment methods.

One pattern is that to finish the translation after when will to make for the payment on "Next month" or "Two months later". The other pattern is that to finish the translator after when to write in the "Invoice" specified by the companies myself and submits for the company, when will to make the payment on "Next month" or "Two months later".

Money

In a slightly different example, the payment amount for "10,000 yen or more", when will to payment on "Next month" pattern.

For transfers of the bank's "Transfer fee" will must be charged. Depending on the case, the translation fee may be 1,000 yen or even several hundred yen. If the amount is very small, the transfer fee will be higher than the translation fee, so some company use this pattern.

Bank transfer

I recently finished a translation of same company which I hadn't received a project from in a while, and I left it as for a few months. Finally, the company's recipient asked me: "Don't you still need to get for translation fee?".

The company had a pattern of submitting invoices, but it's had been so long that I had forgotten how to pay.

Companies that receive requests in a timely manner that will naturally know the payment method, but I feel these companies gives to me receive requests when me least expect them. I shall need to confirm the payment method as well.

Final tax return

There are two types of transfer fees: one for companies and one for translators. Even for translators that the transfer fees differ depending on the translation fee.

When "Final tax return", we not simply need to write for "Translation fees" but also in addition to recording these miscellaneous expenses. It necessary to understand whether these are owned by a translator or a company.
