Translation also requires the ability to use TRANSLATION SOFTWARE.

For regular translation requests, we will receive a REQUEST EMAIL from the translation company, at that time, THE ORIGINAL PAPER written in the foreign language to be translated and THE REFERENCE MATERIALS are attached.

There is no problem if we type the translation directly into OS SOFTWARE such as WORD OR EXCEL, but occasionally, we may be asked to use translation software.

Obtain THE ID AND PW of the software from the translation company and LOG IN.

When we log in, the original paper for each sentence is listed in cells divided like Excel. Translate it according to the side of the original paper.

Once the translation is complete, we will deliver the translated text to the translation company via the software. In other words, a series of translation tasks are completed on THE CLOUD.

The advantages of translation software are "IMPROVED TRANSLATION EFFICIENCY" and "UNIFICATION OF TERMINOLOGY."

We pull translation examples of SENTENCES AND TERMS that match or are similar to the original paper from THE DATABASE, it will be displayed on the screen automatically. Translate while referring to it.

For example, when multiple translators work on each chapter to translation for manual materials with hundreds of pages at the same time. This will bring out THE BENEFITS of translation software.

However, I personally feel there are DISADVANTAGES as well.

If you specify translation software, you will receive an INSTRUCTION MANUAL from the translation company, it has a fairly large VOLUME (several dozen pages).

It's not that difficult once you get used to it, but it's hard to get used to it.

Sadly, the translation ended just as we got used to it, just when we had forgotten about it, we suddenly received a request to use translation software.

Although the translation itself takes about an hour, it takes more time to REVIEW THE SOFTWARE than the translation itself. However, of course, the review time is not included in the translation fee.
